PAVED ROAD FROM THE BRIDGE TO HOLY TRINITY CHURCH IN LALINAC VILLAGE The villagers of Lalinac, after decades of promises, finally got the bridge over the South Morava River, of 155 meters length, with the investment of 100 million dinars. Funds for this project were provided from the State and City budget. The bridge was necessary because the villagers had to circulate more than 10 kilometers to reach their agricultural fields located across the river. Village residents and properties of Lalinac village were separated and the South Morava River was impassable obstacle. Within the works on the bridge the access road from Lalinac to the bridge was also built - length 1100 and width 5.5 meters, worth about 14 million dinars - Dragoslav Milosavljevic and Oliver Denčić, Council members of Lalilnac Citizens Council emphasize. The money for this road section is provided on the initiative of Palilula Municipality from the Program for the construction of the City for 2010. Residents of Lalinac got in 2010/2011 also five paved roads, street lighting was also regulated, the reconstruction of the Cultural Centre and built the fountain on the village square. The initiative of the Council of village citizens was supported to start the construction of sewerage network in Lalinac village. |
